DRUM FLAKER (CHILL ROLL)

• Our Drum Flaker also known as Chill Roll is a simple and reliable equipment used for converting crude soap into flakes.
• The liquid crude soap is poured over the drum which is internally cooled with the help of chilled water.
• The crude soap adheres to the outside of the rotating drum and quickly cools down and gets converted into a thick solidified layer which is then scrapped off using the scrapper blades.
• The drum is equipped with rotary joints for proper water distribution and consistent water recycling in a closed circuit when using a water chiller.
